What is Acupuncture?

Acupuncture is the oldest nature medicine in the world and it still is been using widely all over the world today. Acupuncture may go back to 3,000 to 5,000 years ago in China.
Ancient doctors use the needles to insert the point on the skin to stop the pain , or treat internal problem, same time they discovered the Meridians, or channels displayed on the human body, which are the pass way of the Chi or Qi, the vital energy and blood flow there.
They discovered 14 major meridians and about 400 points on the human body Just like the river on the earth. Each meridian connect points to the internal organ.
Acupuncture not only treat local problem with near point, also treat the problem with remote point , or treat internal problem with local or remote point on the meridian. For example The points on the liver meridian can treat liver problem and the points may located on the leg or abdomen.
Acupuncture is very popular in the modern world because it is very effective, natural!

At the recent year, many scientists and researchers studied acupuncture in many major medical University all over the world. The many studies show acupuncture treatment can stimulate the brain to release endorphins and neurotransmitters, balance the blood pressure and bloods sugar, strength the immune system.
Traditional Chinese Medicine theories:
It has 14 channels or meridians like a web spread over the human body.
Each Channel or meridian connect the internal organ and named after them, for example, lung meridian, stomach meridian.
Each meridian has numbers of acupuncture points, about 400 points on a human body.
Qi ( or Chi, the vital energy) and blood flow inside of the channel or meridian.
Acupuncture can improve the Qi and blood flow, unblock the qi and blood stagnations, balance the yin and yang, and enhance the function of the internal organs.
